Returns & Refunds Eligibility

We only accept returns or issue refunds for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Size selection errors (exchanges are available—see section below)

Reporting a Damaged or Defective Item

If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

You must include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the damage/defect and the packaging condition

Our support team will review your claim and respond with the next steps.

If approved, MissArtz will cover all return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.

Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • The item must be unused
  • Returned in its original packaging and protective materials
  • Returned with all original accessories, components, and hardware.

Items showing signs of use, installation, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or style of the same product.

For exchanges:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping and any additional costs (such as price differences or re-shipping fees).
  • The item must be unused and returned in original packaging.
  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days after receiving the returned item for processing.

Shipping costs (except in damaged/defective cases) are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
