At MissArtz, our wall décor is crafted with premium materials and careful finishing. While we maintain inventory to ensure product availability, each piece still goes through a final hand-finishing process before shipping to guarantee the highest quality.

Preparation Time

Even though items are in stock, they require final hand-finishing and inspection before dispatch.

  • Finishing & Preparation Time: Up to 14 business days ( Fumigation + Wood Timber Cooperation certifcates )
  • Once finishing is complete, we will hand your order to DHL Express for delivery.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Currently we ship to USA, Australia, Switzerland and New Zealand.

Estimated Delivery Time After Dispatch:4–5 business days, depending on your location and customs processing times

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees vary based on destination and will be calculated during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A DHL Express tracking number
  • Sent to the email provided during checkout

You can track your package in real time through DHL’s tracking system.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees required by their local laws.

  • Orders to the United States may be subject to approx. 10–15% import tariffs depending on regulations at the time of entry.

  • MissArtz does not cover or reimburse customs fees.

Failure to pay customs charges may result in shipping delays or return-to-sender.

All orders are shipped from Sri Lanka.
